The Port Jefferson Charles Dickens Festival

The Village of Port Jefferson has been holding its annual Charles Dickens Festival since 1996.

Dickens created many classic characters of English literature, including Ebenezer Scrooge, and Tiny Tim from his holiday favorite, A Christmas Carol.

Antique Costume and Prop Rental by Nan Guzzetta has the best selection of authentic Dickens era clothing and accessories in Port Jefferson. We have outfitted much of the town since the festival's inception six years ago and have participated in the Victorian Home Tour and Victorian Teas.
